Are there any hidden setup fees or per-pet charges?

Not at all. We believe in transparent pricing. You pay your monthly or annual subscription fee, and that’s it. We don't charge you extra for adding more pets to your database or for setting up your account.

What happens if I want to cancel?

We’d be sad to see you go, but we don’t believe in "hostage" contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. You’ll have access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.

Do you offer a discount for annual billing?

Yes! When you choose annual billing, you essentially get 2 months for free. It’s the best way to lock in your price and save significantly as you grow your "pack" throughout the year.

Who owns my client data?

You do—period. Your client list, pet records, and booking history are your property. Unlike other platforms that try to "own" the relationship with the pet parent, RufRuf.io acts as your silent partner. If you ever decide to leave the pack, you can export your data in a clean, portable format at any time. We believe in earning your business every month, not holding your data hostage.

Can I switch plans as my business grows?

Absolutely! You can upgrade from The Puppy to The Alpha or The Pack at any time. If you move to an annual plan mid-month, we’ll simply pro-rate the difference. Your business is dynamic, and your software should be too.

Is my data (and my clients' data) secure?

Security is our top priority. We use bank-grade encryption to protect all client information and pet records. Furthermore, because we integrate with industry leaders like Stripe, we never store your clients' full credit card details on our servers.

Does RufRuf.io take a percentage of my bookings?

We do not take a commission on your hard-earned labor. Unlike major marketplaces that take 20%, we keep our platform accessible with a flat monthly subscription. To help maintain our secure infrastructure and 24/7 booking support, a tiny 1% platform service fee is applied to processed invoices. This allows us to keep your monthly subscription price low while providing world-class security for your payments.
